Motivating and Managing a Small Team

Leading a small team means juggling motivation, team dynamics, and company culture to create a productive workplace. This session is designed for small business owners with teams of 1-20 employees and will cover:

• The role of motivation in team performance
• Common management challenges and how to overcome them
• The value of a strong company culture and respected leadership

There will be time for questions at the end, along with opportunities for attendees to share tips and success stories.
