Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to run your business – instead of letting your business run you? Putting together a reasonable set of projections and using it to navigate your path into the future sounds great – but it can be a daunting task, far outside of the comfort zone of today’s owner/operator. Eliminate the guesswork & uncertainty as we take a deep dive into:

  • Understanding the basics of financial reporting and your historical performance
  • Mapping an appropriate & reasonable path forward
  • Translating your projections into a financial model
  • Using your plan to track performance & hold yourself accountable

We understand you didn’t decide to start your business to sit in the office & play in Excel, but that doesn’t diminish the value of knowing where you’re going – and how to get there. Join Maine SBDC at CEI Center Director Raynor Large in building the map that’s right for you & your business. He’ll be leading business owners through collecting and organizing crucial financial information and provide tips and tools to move forward successfully with the data compiled throughout the series.

Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. SBA. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact kelsey.riordan@maine.edu
