Team Building Within Your Small Business

We have all, hopefully, worked for companies with a strong team and a sense of community, but more likely, we’ve probably all worked for companies that did not! The big difference between the two, effective team building! Moving beyond icebreaker games and role-playing we now know that the key to solid team building is TRUST! Small Business owners who are interested in strengthening their team bonds should join us for this interactive conversation with the Maine SBDC and HR Specialist Terri Swanson. She’ll be answering your specific questions and sharing the importance of building trust in your team, defining roles and setting ground rules, giving and accepting feedback, and why understanding yourself is the secret to success.
