So you've been doing social media for a while, but how do you know if it's working? In this interactive series, we'll discuss common words used in social media analytics, like audience, reach, and engagement and learn to interpret the reports we get from these tools (and potentially explore when to upgrade to paid or third party tools generally). Nicole Ouellette is a special guest speaker with the Maine SBDC. For over 10 years, she has owned and operated Breaking Even communication, an internet marketing company. She also founded Anchorspace, a co-working space located in Bar Harbor, Maine.
